Working Women Two products
were created with the goal of meeting women's needs as they juggle life's
commitments. All of the bags feature design elements such as handles that
more easily fit a woman's hand and the unique personal handbag which works
within the briefcase, or as a separate purse for luncheon or evening use.
All are made in Southern California from imported Italian leather, USA
materials, and come with complete instructions to help women get the most
from their bags.
The inaugural collection of briefcase/personal bag combinations is called
"Glass Ceiling" and is intended to provide women with the tools
they need to make certain this artificial barrier to success does not
impede their continuing progress in all aspects of life.
Working Women Two was established by a mother and daughter, Charlotte
(left, in photo) and Bonny (right, in photo) who both have overcome demands
of home and the workplace, and as a tribute to working women in past and
future generations.
Charlotte Jularbal was a single parent while raising her daughter Bonny.
She moved to Nevada from San Francisco, California, and worked as a casino
dealer for a number of years, enabling her to squirrel away the needed
money to return to college for a teaching degree. She began her new career
at the age of forty teaching art and English at the middle school level
for twenty-five years. Art has been an integral part of her life whether
it was fashion, the crafts or graphic arts.
Her talented daughter, Bonny Jularbal, worked her way through school majoring
in Botany, and then became a graphics designer for a major graphic design
firm in Las Vegas. She ultimately established her own design firm creating
collateral material and advertising for such Strip resorts as Caesars
Palace and the Tropicana as well as numerous other business clients. She
expanded her talents to the field of handbag and luggage design for one
of the West's leading luggage and leather goods retailers. She shares
a love of art with her mother and is constantly creating unique products
with a sense of artistic flair combined with sense of practicality.
